Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your sites or developing your applications, you barely have enough time to keep an eye on what’s happening with your server – if it is overloaded or if all the services are running just fine. With our Managed Services package, we will take care of that for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be added to a custom server monitoring system and in the event that there is a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be informed instantly.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is really important – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Services option, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups will be saved on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your content will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our knowledgeable server admins to install and set up any kind of software and to resolve any problem that you’re experiencing with your VPS server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an extra for the KVM VPS Plans.
