It’s a duty that needs undivided attention, and you most likely don’t have time to deal with that. That is why we propose that we handle the task on your behalf. If you take advantage of our Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your Virtual Private Server and all the tasks running on it. In this way you will have more time for your web sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

When you own a high–traffic website or a resource–demanding web app, it’s crucial to maintain a full back–up copies of everything. Unfortunately, configuring an auto backup system can be challenging. That is the reason why we offer you our Managed Services package – we will keep a complete backup copy of your VPS plan, not only of your sites and data, but of all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, saving all the customizations that you have made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually endless set of options, you will often need to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services package, which permits you to ask any of our senior sysadmins to install and set up any software and to rectify any issue that you are having with the VPS.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It is an add–on for our KVM VPS Plans.
